What is the ÚNIC Plan?

The Universalization of Digital Infrastructure for Cohesion Program is a Spanish government initiative managed by the Generalitat, aimed at expanding the coverage of fiber optic and digital television to the entrance of each home.

Available Subsidies

• 📶 Fiber Optic: For communities and associations built before the year 2000, providing speeds of at least 300 Mbps, scalable up to 1 Gbps. In 2024, €18.57 million was allocated in subsidies.

• 📺 Digital Television: For buildings constructed before the year 2000. Covers 100% of the installation cost, including adaptation for Sound Broadcasting and Digital Television.

Grant Amounts

• ✅ Covers 100% of the cost, including engineering firm fees and VAT, for buildings with up to 35 homes.
• 🏠 Full installation (Digital TV and fiber optic): Up to €23,800.
• 🌐 Partial installation (fiber optic only): Up to €21,000.
