The management of property communities has been our vocation since the beginning. Our founder, Juan Cervera Lliuró, started in 1976 after a real estate crisis in Empuriabrava, leading homeowners in the regularization of their properties.

 

Since then, our family has continued this legacy. Mónica Cervera Rivera joined in 1993, consolidating our company with a new headquarters in 1995 and the opening of our office in Roses in 2014, bringing us even closer to our clients.
